VA is bad for gaming, dont buy it imo. Ghosting is horrible on VA's.

either get a IPS ultrawide or OLED

my setup is
LG 34GP83A-B 3440x1440 144hz ultrawide
AW3426DW OLED 3440x1440 280hz ultrawide
Dell S2719DGF 1440p 144hz

My Odyssey Neo G7 has a VA panel and I'm not seeing any of that. It's perfect for gaming so it's not true VA is horrible for gaming as a general statement.

Perhaps VA have gotten better, 10 years ago I remember the ghosting so I avoid them. Tech changes.
