A drop from $40 to $30 is nice but it can drop a little more.

Was able to snag it at my local Target on clearance for $12. I know that's a huge YMMV but was happy to get it for that price.

I have owned the 3DS version since it launched but never got around to playing it so I'm happy to have a remaster for cheap!

So does your Target have a proper clearance section that they physically move these items to or are they tagging it on the Shelf as it is? My target used to have a physical section they would place these games into but that was years back and every time I've gone recently looking for these deals I don't see anything moved outside of the proper shelving.

It's hit or miss. They kind of just shove them into the locked case with some of the PlayStation accessories. The Other Target near me doesn't have a place where they get put at all.
The other day, I saw a whole bunch of switch 2 games behind another locked case that didn't have any price tags. I had an associate unlock it for me and check the prices and they were all listed as $0, which means it's not in the system anymore, I guess. He said they has to return them to the distributor (probably to get destroyed 😒) and couldn't sell them to me, which sucks cause I've heard of some people getting the store managers to sell those kinds of things for 90% off

I know this is like searching for a needle in a haystack but my local target had copies of this on clearance for $12 last month.

Decent game, I had never played any in the series before. Story is a little on the youngin' side but overall solid.
