H2S ftw! Such a great printer. Largest print bed of all bambu's.

I believe this is their Black Friday deal since the deal runs through December 1st. Bambu Labs usually runs their promotions early. If you are looking for a new printer, just know that they are launching their new H3C on 11/3 and that they should also be releasing their new P3C but this doesn't have a confirmed release date yet.

P1S was my 1st printer and I was happy with the decision. At the time, I was debating between the P1s and A1 Combos and opted for the P1S at it was enclosed and allowed me to print with materials that the A1 could not. For a 1st printer I would suggest going with a Bambu all though many brands have almost caught up as far as being easy to get started on your 3d printing journey. I'm now up to 4 printers (which include Elegoo and Creality) and I'm honestly happy with them all.

With the p2s available, I see no reason to get the p1s these days.

I love my P1S's. I've had no problem and they work hard. Other than extra work to take the nozzle out it's easy to maintain. The P2s is an upgrade but if you don't want to spend more p1S is worth it.

For a first time buyer, do you think the extra cost of the P2S over the P1S is worth it?

Wish I could tell you but I don't have one. The small non color screen is no issue to me. I have an h2c and yeah it has more data on it but I use my phone for everything. I know theNozzle comes out easier. I honestly don't know what else is there. Maybe someone can chime in.

Expect the P3C to be $999 which encroaches in the U1, K3 and Creator 5 Pro space with 7 dedicated filament nozzles. This could be a disrupted holiday season with Bambu for the win!
