I blame all you guys for paying these outrageous prices Philips charges. I can get 5 sets of high quality BTF Leds for the price of 1 of these. This company is price gouging and I refuse to support thievery.

Absolutely! As if the price gouging weren't bad enough, their product support has gone downhill, too. I actually had to install WhatsApp (!) just to contact support because their phone number didn't work.

I don't think you understand how these lights work - it not at all the same as using BTF LEDs - even if you used 5, you don't get the same experience.

Quality is awesome. But as agreed support is a nightmare sometimes. But I like the theatre feel with the sync box.
