I have this, used it on a trip and at home when the internet went out (we normally have Alexa play rainstorm sounds all night). Worked fine, all night long.
I have it and I use it when I go to NYC, works very well and the battery lasts a long time. Very small and compact too. Works great if people in your house are annoying you also.
battery is good for 2 or even more nights , i bought it last year. Will recommend
Ditto, though I usually put it in the headboard right above my head so I can use a low-ish volume. Using the highest 90 minute timer should easily yield a week+ in case of not being able to charge.
Clearly the odd one out here. I hate this thing. The sounds are terrible; there's only one I can tolerate (I like consistent white/brown noise).
It also turns itself off after a short time (yes, I've confirmed the timer is off) and does not appear to hold a charge.
Maybe I just got a bad one but I would recommend a LectroFan sound machine over this one if you're picky.
I think you did get a bad one... but the LectroFan is an entirely different animal.
I agree that most of the sounds are less than beneficial for sleep, though the quality is fine. (I'm not sure if you're commenting on the selection or the audible quality.) Brown noise is where it's at!
I do like that the lectro has 20 variations on sleep noises. If we ever have to replace our plug in machine at home, definitely looking at that.
I wouldnt mainline this as a sound machine and prefer lectrofan or Dohm to leave plugged in.
But i've found this really convenient for traveling and for camping and would recommend. I told myself my dohm classic would be small and convenient enough to travel with and that literally never happened i forgot every time and ended up using phone. Prefer something both smaller and dedicated for travel that i can keep with travel stuff and not forget it.

30 to 60 minutes a night. Almost never charge it.
Absolutely love it.
Bought for under $9
