FYI your posted price of $99 only appears on the mobile SD, not the desktop website. That said, you haven't provided anything to back up the $99 price such as a link or a photo of even the store you saw it at. There's really not much people can do with such minimal information.

Any normal person with a Costco membership would know to go to the Warehouse tab in the app and type in Sandisk and immediately see inventory.

Supposedly these are shuckable 2280s inside BUT doing so will causes them to limit speeds of ~800MB/s.

Well money shot is moot. I went to that store, customer service said they sold out. I showed CS app shows in stock. He went to check his computer and I looked at the screen and saw ten for sale. He went to back room for a few minutes, then came back and told me they sold out just haven't updated inventory. I call BS.

LOL! Sorry, but that's been my experience too with many of their clearance items. If an item isn't to be found out in the floor it's invariably not in stock. They don't have places to squirrel things away.
