For the next step I purchased glycerin, 6oz $5.23 at Walmart
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate.../612598672
Glycerin was recommended because many of the tire black commericial product contained petroleum distillates that would damage the rubber tires.
2oz of this combined with 6oz distilled water shaken together in a pump bottle applied to a sponge applicator and wiped onto the tires, let it set for a minute or so and buff off with a microfiber or cotton cloth, was more than enough for the 4 truck tires and my sedan's tires.
Tires are nice and black again.
The rims may have some dirt/grease/etc that could use something stronger to clean. I used a small brush with some simple green.
Thanks
Thanks
I still thinking whether I really need this or not.
Thanks
