OS disc so I can take it back to factory settings. Beta version of Office 365 screwed it up, and when I downloaded the Dell Recovery software it won't allow me to make a factory setting disc. Jerks. I called Dell support and after 30 min and 2 operators they hung up on me. Annoyed

Yep. Ok lemme rip it & find someplace to upload, so I can share it with you. Look for a PM with a link in a bit. Check out that Dell link I posted too - it's a bit harder that way but a good backup in case this doesn't work.

Got it ripped, can't find anyplace to upload 5GB and share for free. Annoyed Lemme see if we have an FTP server at work. Or if one of my clients does... laugh out loud Stand by a little longer.
