First time I've seen Energy bookshelves listed. I want these, but do we hope they keep dropping? CF-70s went from $299 to $249, the CF-50s from $199 to $179, and the Take 5.1 Classic fell several times to $169. Do we think this will drop too?

Now that I look on Adorama, I think this is one speaker. The listing here says two, but everything after you click the link says 1. Including the packaging breakdown.

From the earlier threads for all of the multi-speaker Energy sets from Adorama, what seems to be the case is that the bookshelf speakers come 2 in a box, thus 1 inventory number, and a lot of Adorama's system apparently looks at inventory numbers rather than contents of the inventory number, and the bookshelves then get described as "1x". But all the reports so far indicate that it's in fact 2 speakers (together in 1 box).

Yes, but there is no multi-speaker set that includes the CB-10. I've bought both the 4.0 set that comes with two CB-5s, and the full-size set with two CB-20s, and can confirm they come in one box. However, the listing for the CB-5 and CB-20 themselves on Adorama specify that they are a pair, in both the title, and the "What's included" section. This one says one speaker in that section, and doesn't say "pair" in the title. This time I think the user iconian, who lists all these deals, has it wrong. I'll contact Adorama when their support opens tomorrow
