You earn $10 wags cash on $30+ spend, it is not YMMV as long as you've clipped the offer on the pages of items at the link while logged in. You can't pay with wags cash and earn the $10 either.
If you truly think you're supposed to get $10 off your total, explains why it never works for you. Not how it works at all.
you do see your anticipated earnings at checkout. I've never had any real issues with Wags Cash crediting UNLESS it was an item shorted on an order or other unexpected glitch with my order. but vast majority are smooth sailing.
