Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

PSA - it was $1500 back on October 20th but thought I'd share as it's still a good price. I'd normally say that it may drop lower again around black friday, but these days who knows.

Sadly it's still a good deal these days, isn't that how much you pay for the 5070 and 32GB RAM and get the rest for free?

Jensen Huang wants to rent to you gpu time so you can play games because gpus are so expensive.

I bought one when it was 1499, it has 48 gb of ram vs 32. They're very randomly put together.

This one does seem like a good deal.. you can swap in a higher end cpu later on. and continue going.

Six cores and twelve threads, with the X3D cache doing the gaming work; the 8-core 7800X3D is the step up if streaming or VMs matter.

Pretty good deal all things considered. If I was in the market, I'd swap out the CPU for something more fitting then sell the 7500X3D to recoup most of my costs for the replacement.

Nope, that's a perfect CPU for the 5070. Maybe you'll want to upgrade it in the future if games become more reliant on eight core cpus, but that 12gb VRAM would also be a problem by then so lmao.
