Aside from reposting this deal, you could have informed the original poster of this deal that the price has changed. https://slickdeals.net/f/20247696
All right SD police. No harm done here. I'm here for a laptop deal and I don't care who posted what but it appeared on my alert. If the SD'er posted or repost a deal, the person is not going to become a millionaire over night. Just chill. Thumbs up!!

I come here for the deals, as well. However, I try to search before posting deals so that I respect the rest of the community. You're right -- no harm done. Happy shopping, everyone!

Do you mean Dell Latitude laptops fail with keyboard? Latitude series is supposed to be more reliable. I have refurbished Latitude laptops from 2020 and 2022. The keyboards are working fine. But the batteries already replaced two times.

This is a good price for 32G Latitude 5450. I was looking for refurbished Latitude 5440 (one generation older) with 32G a few weeks ago.
The seller originally listed $532. Suddenly the listing became $800. Consider 32G ddr5 RAM worth $480 to $500.
It was crazy. I ended up buying something else under $300.

OP is doing exactly the right thing. That deal was posted by different SDer and the price was different too. New price + different poster = New deal, period.

And, on the topic, this is not a bad price these days, all specs considering. On the neg side: the CPU is 2 generation old. On the positive: that's a Latitutude, so built a bit better thatn consumer Dell, but not by much. The screen is meh but touch.

I have personally use Lattitude at work and hate it with passion as it is very cheaply build.

This is the laptop supplied by my work.
I can't stand the POWER button where the DELETE key is. Just crazy. (Granted, you can disable the button in Windows Power Settings.)

Aside from that it's a little bigger and heavier than my prior employer's ThinkPad Carbon X1. That X1 gave me fits with docking stations and phantom USB inputs that kept trying to reconnect with the chime. This Dell seems much better.

I use a BT keyboard and mouse with it. The USB-C ports and Dell dock have been fine for my 3 monitor setup.

Currently on a Dell laptop for work and have not had the keyboard issues with any of my units. I think we have been using them at my current firm for almost 20 years now. Was also using Dell at my old firm. We're switching to Lenovo soon, hopefully they're as solid as when I had my own personal Thinkpads.
