This Traveler's Choice Pagosa set stands out as a strong value for polycarbonate hardside luggage, with packing cubes included and a two year manufacturer warranty. The build is described as high quality, and the wheels look sturdy in store. The set also offers useful extras like separate shoe bags and expandable pieces. The main knocks are its weight, which may be typical for polycarbonate, and the lack of Hinomoto wheels. At around $99 to $110, it reads as a solid value focused luggage bundle.

Great price and seems like good quality luggage.
Wish it also had Hinomoto wheels but that's asking for the moon.
Seems a bit heavy but that's the case with all polycarbonate luggage.
I think this should EASILY be a slickdeals front page deal
MY Recommendation: Just BUY. good deal
However, if you want the DELSEY brand, you can get its 2 piece polycarbonate set for $99

$100 in-store for a quality 2 piece set seems like a good deal. The packing cubes are a pretty nice bonus.

The Flexispot has not enough reviews so you should essentially have to decide how much you trust Flexispot as a company to bring a luggage to market that is great.
At the 30,000 foot level though, you are doing far too much research that's worth your time. Both this Traveler's Choice (TC) and the Flexispot should be roughly equivalent, but the TC is obviously far better value.
