people will obviously know that by the cheap price, this is not going to be a good TV. Samsung is also getting sued for false advertising the M series as having 'mini led'

Being sued by TCL for "unfairly damaging TCL's sales, goodwill, and valuable technology..." - not saying it's right or wrong but two corporations suing each other is not something I care about. Your post made it sound like customers are suing, which would be much more relevant.

I believe there is a class action suit from the consumers also. But you don't have to take my word for it, a simple internet search will yield the opinions of many reviewers. I'm not here to denigrate your lack of basic knowledge on the TV's, but if you followed the newer TVs at all for the last 5 -10 years, you'd know that no good TV has a native 60hz refresh rate nowadays. ..also basic common sense should apply here too, because why would Samsung, with much stronger brand presence in the US than TCL, sell a real mini led tv for a fraction of the price?

Don't try, not worth at this price. Samsung tv simply sucks, slow and tiny storage with tons of preloads cannot be deleted. Their tizen system is completely a joke.
Looking for picture quality should go for LG oleds, good price high quality should go for Hisense or TCL, don't bother check any Samsung tvs
