They're great for travel coolers and fridges and will get you through most of the day if they're already cooled and packed well; my 60qt alpicool has no issues with it, and if you're in a vehicle just top it off via 12v input anyway.
That said these are far from the best dollar per watt, but they are practical, and that is their attraction to me. If you keep a look out you can score expansion batteries that also add a bidirectional 140w USB C. I've paid as little as 120 bucks on ebay for the 600wh expansion battery.
My personal experience is that these will NOT readily run most household fridges. YMMV but I have a fridge upstairs and downstairs and the cycle starting will overload these immediately. They will run my chest 7 cu ft freezer without issue, although to be fair as long as one isnt opening and shutting one of those a lot they hold temp reasonably well in an outage.
The spare power banks here are nothing special and if there were even a small savings i'd go with the non smart version. They do not wireless fast charge and are only 5000mah, and they're fairly chunky and get quite hot. They do have a USB cable built in so you can direct charge, though. Not useless, just not worth much to me.

One downside is the expense of the stackable expansion battery, if you wanted expanded runtime. Can't seem to find them cheap.

Those 2 powerbanks are for phones then?
What exactly do you connect to it to as an inexpensive UPS? Your laptop or monitor or something else?
