Search online on this, you will see this particular model (with onboard ram) has low memory bandwidth and GPU performance (only half of what it is supposed to be), maybe due to the quality of onboard ram used. There is no solution yet (probably never will), and maybe why they are selling this at price lower than other model. Even firebat's own model with different motherboard but the same cpu is much higher price (like AM2, which I have). Here are some discussions:

There is only one user claim he fixed his issue by updating bios, but the bios he claimed he used never existed, and he probably has a different model since no one else seems to be able to find the bios he said.
After researching on this issue, I cancelled my order. Yes, it is very cheap but I would rather not to have the headache.

This seems like a pretty good deal but I can't get on board with soldered RAM. It's most of the value here, and it's gone if anything else breaks.

Seems like a good deal with 24G of memory, but I have no idea of "Firebat" is a legit brand.

It'll replace a 15 to W10 machine that still works, and is STILL great for gaming, with its i7-920, 12 GB DDR3 and 1070 ti.
Ideal budget would be a couple hundred, with a SATA slot so I can steal the 4TB 3.5" drive from my old PC for.

As the RAM apocalypse continues to plague all of us, it's only fair for users to continue using the more efficient Windows 10, instead of the memory-hogging Windows 11. https://www.windowslate
