I recently purchased a higher-end refurbished model, and it doesn't work at all. I wasted over 8 hours trying to figure out what was wrong, and I only ended up returning it. It's a huge 60+ lb machine, a pain in the ass to assemble and an even worse pain in the ass to disassemble to ship it back.
