Uber Eats through Prime is mainly a delivery fee waiver for restaurant orders of $25 or more, activated through Amazon.com/UberEats and limited to the Amazon Uber Eats storefront. It can work well for pickup too, with the promo and fee removal showing up there, and the app tile leads straight into an order page. The main catches are high service fees, marked up menu prices, no Uber One style savings, and no gift card stacking. It also ends if Prime is paused or canceled, making it a narrow convenience perk rather than a full Uber Eats replacement.
Pickup orders can remove pickup service fees while still applying the $20 promo discount.
Prime members can activate a $0 delivery fee benefit by opting in at Amazon.com/UberEats.
The benefit can end immediately if Prime is canceled or paused, so it stays tied to active membership.
The Prime+Uber Eats tile in the app can take you to an ordering page ready to place an order.
The benefit reportedly does not stack with Uber One and may leave high service fees unchanged.
Uber Eats menu prices can be marked up versus buying directly from the restaurant, which can offset delivery-fee savings.
The $0 delivery fee benefit applies only to restaurant orders $25+ in the Uber Eats store on Amazon, not the Uber Eats app or website.
Costco availability is missing in the Prime-linked Uber Eats experience, even though it appears in the regular Uber app or Uber One.

OK, TLDR, that Amazon offer is not good if you already have Uber One. At first I was excited: "Hey Amazon is going to pay for my Uber One membership!" NOPE.
Amazon is constantly watering down their offerings while upping the prices. Gotta take care of the shareholder, I know, but if they keep screwing their customers they'll lose both.
What a great company Amazon was once. It's just sad to see what they've become. It's like Google going from their slogan of "do no evil" to dropping the slogan and becoming Evil Inc.
