Prime now unlocks $0 delivery fees on restaurant orders of $25 or more through the Uber Eats store on Amazon, with a quick opt in flow and a tile that opens a ready to order page. The benefit appears to work for pickup too, and it replaces the free Grubhub Plus perk. The main limits are that it does not work in the regular Uber Eats app or website, does not stack with Uber One, and still leaves service fees, tips, and higher item prices in place. Amazon Pay and gift cards also do not seem to work, so the savings can be modest.

Where can I find updates on my Uber Eats orders placed on Amazon?Orders placed on Amazon are only available in the Uber Eats store on Amazon and will not be available on the Uber Eats app or website. To find updates on your order, head to Amazon.com/UberEats, tap the three horizontal lines (☰) in the upper-left corner to open the menu, and select "Orders". If you opt-in to Push Notifications, you will receive real-time updates on your order. We'll also email you your order status updates and a final copy of your receipt.

I don't really use these services much anymore due to the cost of everything but it does seem like a big downgrade.
