VIP Outlet -- chances are it'll be used, broken, or outright missing pieces. If they even ship it at all. Every communication with them takes 3-5 days. And if ebay gives them a deadline for making a decision, they wait up to the VERY last day, EVERY single time.

I buy from this seller all the time without issue, and the deals just keep coming. A couple of weeks ago I snagged a nice $105 shredder for $28 shipped.

And I (foolishly) buy from them frequently too, due to the price and the gamble. About half the stuff needs to be returned due to undisclosed issues.

I guess I'm just lucky. Although I readily agree that they're a liquidator and as such won't have the same consistent product quality as a Walmart or Amazon. Like you, I'm willing to roll the dice for the savings. It's similar to Woot, who regularly makes errors but also has some great deals.
