It's a weird description. Slight blemishes but never worn. So unless they were in a truck accident, they are most likely grey market watches and they are just saying that to cover themselves. The seller ratings are really good, so probably a brand new grey market watch is my guess?

The vendor is actually Bulova, these are just returns and usually in perfect shape, if not they will take them back. They are official product.
I've bought 4 watches from these guys. Two were perfect, one was not and they returned no problem, and I currently have the NB6021-17E titanium/automatic diver on the way from them which was $438, at least 30% less than anywhere else. They are official Bulova. Their stock refreshes all the time and the desirable watches sell out quickly.
The men's blue version of this this watch is like $130 or $140 when in stock.
