This does not have lightstrike pro foam, which is their best running foam. Do not get this for running. It's streetwear.

It's mostly energy return which needs more force than walking to impart anything significant back.

I would get something more traditional for long walks. This looks like it's still a tall shoe with a lot of foam, could be unstable.

Could tell just by the toe area support structure this would irritate my 4th& 5th toe. Padded and structure support on heel looks like it'd be good with slipping in. Padded tongue/cushion looks like top part will feel nice on the feet.

Does that mean if you get too much energy return, it would cause injury? Asking because I changed one full size on one of their other models and my shins started to get sore each time I do more than 2 days of light running.

I've got these and they are very comfortable for a walk or standing.

I doubt that's too much energy return, but you might need a stiffer or more supportive shoe.
