Can I connect one of those car inverters on this and use it as a plug in when I go on trips
so instead of plugging it into the cigarette lighter I just connect to this battery is what I'm asking.

battery --> Car inverter --> electric portable fridge

At 12.8V the 200A BMS caps output near 2.5kW, far above a fridge inverter; the DC wiring is what to size properly.

If you get a 12v fridge like from e.g. Iceco, this should work.

I bought this about 2.5 months ago for $210+tax. This price is the lowest I've seen since then. I used it when my fridge/freezer was dying and wouldn't work when plugged into the household outlet. Tried changing out the outlet and breaker and it didn't solve it. Luckily I had this on hand and a 2000w inverter. I also bought a 20A charger and it was able to charge and run the inverter at the same time. Was able to keep my fridge/freezer running 24/7 for about 5 days until I bought a new Hisense freezer from Costco. The freezer worked for a few days and then died. Luckily Costco reimbursed me for the most food and I bought a Frigidaire instead.
