They absolutely are not. This is one of the highest rated and best TVs ever made. This may be the last glossy QD-OLED. It is Fantastic! I can not suggest this TV enough. True unicorn, if you can get one, get two.

Costco reviews? Come on. Go watch and read actual reviews on the product. People are complaining about receiving a wet box and about the small remote or tizen. I'm not buying a tv for the remote and would use something like an Apple TV with it anyway.

Are you serious? Read the reviews OMG! Out of 66 reviews 24 are 1 star reviews for the TV failing.

Yes performance reviews are great for this TV. The Costco reviews are people saying after a few months their TV dies or has issues Samsung isn't helping with.

The poor reviews are for poor shipping, and some for the power supply on the 77" and 83". The 65" with the glossy QD-OLED is second to none. Not available at any warehouses in my area or I'd jump on another, it really makes all other TVs look like toys.

Strangers don't need to dictate your decision especially if they talk about my delivery experience was bad but when a bunch of the reviews talk about the TV dying after a few months. That's a concern from a quality control stand point.
