McCrispy is the chain's breaded chicken breast sandwich, and the deal makes it a very cheap way to try it. The app pricing can stack with free fries, drinks, and survey coupons, bringing a meal down to around $3 to $4, and the kiosk can bypass the app's 15 minute offer delay. The main knocks are that the sandwich feels small, the bun is weak, and the premium label does not match the portion. Availability may also be regional, so the offer may not show everywhere.
Lunchbox planners who want a cheap chicken sandwich, because it can be bought for about the price of a McChicken and reheats well for the next day.
The McCrispy has a better bun and a breaded chicken breast, but it is described as small and not much food for the price. The McChicken is often preferred for value, while the McCrispy is seen as the better-tasting sandwich.
No. The McCrispy is the premium chicken sandwich with an actual breaded chicken breast, while the McChicken is the smaller standard sandwich. It is also described as lighter than expected and not truly premium in size.
Yes, but the app has a one-offer-per-day limit on phone orders. Using the kiosk can bypass the delay, and signing in at the kiosk lets you place multiple orders by generating new sign-in codes between purchases.
The sandwich itself is $2, and pairing it with a small drink and a free medium fries offer can bring a meal to about $3.30. Some shoppers also report paying about $2.08 per McCrispy when stacking app deals and other coupons.
This may or may not be happening. Most McDonald's offers are regional and there is no official notice from the McDonald's just some random blog so source is unreliable

$2 for this plus $1.30 for their small drink with free medium fries. $3.30 for a meal. Throwback to the prices 1990s (or idk I'm too young)
Gotta use two accounts because they have an obnoxious restriction of only 1 offer a day. Used to be 15 minutes.
You can use more than one offer per account without delay if you order at the kiosk. You can either place one order from your phone first and then more at the kiosk or place them all at the kiosk with multiple sessions. When going to the kiosk, you just want to use the "sign in" option instead of the "use deal" button on your phone for the specific offer. Then, once you're signed in, click the "deals" tab on the kiosk screen and you'll see the same deals that you see in the app. Once you finish placing an order, get a new sign-in code from your phone and repeat.
Yep it's laughably not premium and it's a tiny piece of chicken. The picture is insanely misleading and false advertising at it's finest. The long gone "buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich" was leagues above this.
"Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich: Featured a whole-muscle chicken breast fillet marinated in buttermilk with black pepper, garlic, and onion powder, served on an artisan roll with leaf lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It was eventually replaced by the standard Crispy Chicken / McCrispy line."

I have been going to MCD an embarrassing amount of times since the start of the summer since both kids are finally old enough to not get stuck in the playplace if i leave them alone. I go about every 3-4 weeks now.
Just went tonight...the 15 minute reset for deals is still working. Used it for a free med fries and a free 6 pc nugget.
If you arbitrage with the app and survey coupons, you can spend surprisingly little there. I have been paying $2.08 and change for each McCrispy for a while now. In the app, every one of my accounts has the 40% off for any deluxe chicken sandwich. When you combine this with a receipt survey coupon, it comes out to $3.80 for two spicy deluxe sammies. I will store these in the freezer and put one in my kid's lunchbox on a random weekday as a pleasant surprise.
The target spend for my family of four is ~$13 whenever we go, which is quite easy if you bring your own drinks. Survey+app will get you two burgers for $6. Then app will get you a 20 pc nugget for $4.60-ish. If you want a (Free) medium fry for the kids, get a medium soda for like $1.60ish, and use the app for the free fry. And yes, I am cheap. Youre on SD, so are you.
Regarding the McCrispy absolutely NOT premium, and you can feel it in its lack of weight. The bread is definitely a bit nicer, but I would never compare these sammies to the ones from CFA or Popeyes, which is their target. Honestly, I prefer the McChicken (probably because i grew up having them as an occasional treat, and survived on them in the dollar menu days), but the McChicken doesnt have 40% off.
For all of October, they had this same coupon for all QPCs as well. This is one of the best uses for Samsung Secure Folder: having two profiles for each app.

Yep, I tend to go there quite a bit too. I doubt that they'll remove the 15 minute delay between deals on the app any time soon … I'm just glad that you can bypass the delay by using the kiosk. I occasionally want to use two or three of the offers and definitely wouldn't want to wait that long just to get a few orders in. My offers are different than yours, but I have a 40% off double cheeseburger that I usually go for, along with a fries or dessert offer.

They have the 40% off double cheeseburger one in my app right now (RIP to the QPC deal). There are ALWAYS free fry deals, and I cannot remember paying for them ever in the past few months. This is my usual work flow:
- 5 minutes from MCDs, order kids stuff on APP (20 pc nugget unless happy meal toy is good AND if there is a $1.50 coupon in the APP) exchange apple slices for more fries (they will usually just give you the apple slices anyway, FME.
- Get into restaurant, pick up kids food, place them into play area where their mom watches
- Use survey coupon + free fry via app to get two "big" burgers and a fry at the COUNTER directly (load the coupon to "use at restaurant" first. not every MCD will let you stack survey plus digital coupon, esp if they dont have a scanner for the QR code).
We usually split one of the burgers between the two kids if they are still hungry. My wife and I will split some of the likely-nonexistent nuggets (lol) and the remaining burger at this point.
- if kids want more fries, will go into other profile, and usually order a medium drink to get the free fry in the app.
- Ironically, I barely eat. I usually get myself a 99 cent caramel coffee which lasts me literally two days (im nursing it now as i type this). Ill make a hack mac if I am really hungry (combine two mcdoubles or two double cheeseburgers, remove one bun, sub mac sauce), but when you eat here long enough...you want to take a break from the food
We usually use some of our app points to get the kids ice cream if we have enough. However, I learned that my specific franchisee just gives you free ice cream in a black cup, which is actually quite large . Just learned it TONIGHT.
The total damage is between $12 and $15 each time.
Best deals -
two of any cheap sandwich and a med fry for $2-3 with survey and free fry app. McChicken is the usual candidate here.
two DQPC with bacon for $5.40 with survey and 40% off app
two double cheeseburger for $3 with survey and 40% off app
If you want more fries, get more sammy, lol.
I rarely get the McCrispy, even if its $2 per sammy with deals, because it just isnt much food.
