That was an Apache helicopter. They landed one on campus and allowed everybody to get in and get their picture taken.

Circuits rock. Do you kind of make your own circuits and such?
Yup, both with and without the use of a soldering iron. Haven't done a lot of electronics lately, but I've designed a few pieces of stereo equipment and did the circuitry to synchronize the electron gun with the klystron output phase for the linear accelerator at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. (Kind of a scaled-down version of SLAC with a somewhat different emphasis in the types of detectors they use.)

In the gym I just go by feel and mood--like a few circuits of dips, followed by alternating lateral raises and bent lateral raises (one in even circuits, the other in odd), followed by incline dumbbell bench. Or I'll go immediately between behind-the-neck pulldowns to failure to pulldowns in front (I can pull more weight in that movement so I can still crank out another set after I'm unable to do them behind my neck).

Quote from Clivefrog :
what would you need a wrench that large for?
It was marked at $10 at a garage sale, but they took $15 for that plus another $10 item. They told me at the time that it was from an oil rig. It weighs 55 pounds, so I'm sure you can get some decent torque with it.

Blush2 Does make my pants shopping more of an adventure. (As if 38" inseams weren't enough.) Once had my suit pants burst open down the side during a meeting Embarrassment --tore the outside seam from my hip down to just above my knee (with the pocket hanging out). Ooops.
