And yeah, Chipotle is just like that - you can see just about everything. They even do the prep work, like chopping things and whatnot where you can see.
And I just got back, and OMG, it was good!
I agree on Qdoba though, I went there once, never again. I think Moe's and Chipotle are very similar, but I prefer Chipotle. Most people in this town must agree, Moe's was only open for a year or two.

So I lost several, usually when I was eating something, and then I had like 10 of them all pulled at once during oral surgery (went under anesthesia for that) when I was about 10 because I needed braces. All my top teeth were gone, except like the four front ones and I think a couple molars - I looked like a gopher.
