Probably because of that salsa and gauc thread yesterday which made me want to make some freshly made Salsa and Guacamole.

If it's the spiciness, get the mild salsa. If it's not that, could be that you don't get enough fiber on a regular basis.
Or you could be completely intolerant of burritos/tacos like PC is.
I eventually got old enough to the age where I was willing to try things even if my first reaction was not to. Avocado fell into that group and I've been happily consuming them since!
The allergy thing sucks - I have a friend who is and she's extremely allergic to them - but since you aren't, give them a try! When you're old enough.

Thin-sliced on a turkey and Swiss sandwich is delicious.
Blended into fresh guacamole with fresh lime juice is heavenly.
Cut into cubes and placed on a salad is yummy, too.
