Which is a down-right shame! It's a classic.

Also the remake "Anna and King" Jodie Foster and Chow Yun-Fat was fairly well done too but was done as a drama as opposed to a musical.

Eewww, that would creep me out! I couldn't do a male OB/GYN.

1. I don't want a guy feelin' me up
2. I definitely don't want a guy pokin' around down there
and 3. I'm very uncomfortable in the presence of a man that knows more about my anatomy than I do.

Even when I was pregnant, I wanted a midwife. But then when I went into labor six weeks early, they had to get an OB/GYN, who, thank god, was female.

But then she had some 25 year old grad student with her, a really good looking guy of course (just my luck), that ended giving me stitches when I had an episiotomy. Facepalm

Thank god for the epidural, otherwise I would have been like Nono Ranting get me someone else!
