You're doing the right thing for now by keeping that emotional part as private as possible now. Normally it wouldn't be something I'd recommend but a large part of his treatment will be mental.

The chemotherapy can and probably will be physically and emotionally draining for him. Sometimes nausea can be a real factor accompanied by a huge loss of appetite. Fatigue is almost always a by-product in varying degrees.

Not trying to scare you. Just... been down this road. A lot. And trying to pass on at least some of what I've learned. Smilie
I greatly appreciate and take into consideration anything that anyone tells me at this point. It is definitely something I've never been through and I'm really lost on how to handle myself through it all, thus why you guys get to hear so much of it.
