I actually had a hypothetical question from a friend for you, you're supposedly a lawyer, right? If I want to file charges of being fired for discrimination, should I go through a lawyer or the EEOC?

Went home for lunch and let the dogs out. After 30 minutes I go to let them back in and our new baby is gone. I don't think she is a jumper or a digger. No clue. I walked and drove around the neighborhood for 2.5 hours. I feel so bad. She is so shy that I doubt she would go up to anyone. This heat is so bad.
I called animal control and as of yet they don't have her. They told me to call back after 4:00.
This makes me sick.

Once Phantom got loose and some guy in our neighborhood put him in his garage and then called the pound. Maybe someone has done that and they just haven't picked her up yet? Maybe you guys could call around to your neighbors and see if they've seen her. That's how I found out where Phantom was. I hope you find her soon
