1.Walk into chase branch.
2.Walk up to teller and run your debit card through
3.Ask teller for COUNTER CHECKS
4.???
5.Profit!

btw this works. Chase doesn't charge for counter checks. You can ask for as many as you want, but the system limits to 12 at a time. The come with your name and address already prefilled.

A little insider info Wink Works in California. Other states may vary. Post your results here.

12 free checks? And if you need a box of 100 of them is it really worth the $10 difference to drive to a Chase 9 times?

FAIL.

Wasn't sure Chase even charged anything for checks. Last time I requested checks, they mailed them to me for free.

Chase has free checks with most accounts. Simply call customer service and get them in the mail.

Leave the dude alone.

My landlord demands checks and I ran out recently. The OPs find will get me through the next year. Thanks.
