she forgot to set up a time to come pick up or equipment but did already take it off our bill
They keep track of the serial numbers and or MAC addresses and when they check and its missing, you will get the bill for equipment.
People think they get away with it when they sell their modems, MTA's, DVR's, and STB's until they get the bill

She just said not paying for renting it until they pick it up....but as long as we still have it we get all our channels
