Frozen chicken patty cooking in the toaster oven. Yeah, I'm feeling real lazy today.

Speaking of haircuts, it's been months for me. It's starting to get long again. It looks good, but it's kinda boring. I was gonna have it all cut off and o back to a buzz cut, but i got complimented on it, so I kept it. I might just grow it out ultra-long again like it was a few years ago. I have less than a year left until I'm out of college and have to look all professional and such, so yeah.

It recently occurred to me that I only have less than a month left of my last summer break from school ever. That's incredibly depressing. I've feel like I've wasted what are supposedly the best years of my life.

On a happier note, did I mention that I went to the shelter and picked out and adopted a kitten? He's adorable.

He's really sweet and affectionate, but he's hyperactive and playful. Which would be fine if it weren't for the fact that he likes to randomly jump up and wrap himself around my legs when I'm walking. I have my fair share of scrapes from it. Not a big deal and he'll grow out of it. When he tires himself up he'll curl up either on top of or right next to me and start purring, which is just adorable.
