I think having lent HIM specifically over $1500 the last three months and my mom getting another $500 without my single condition (getting $350 back August 1) being met is all the reason in the world for me to group you with my drug addict brother.
If you don't want grouped with the deadbeats, don't act like one.
I'm serious though. My dad had to question whether I was including the main financial drains in the group of deadbeats? I think only having to pay 17% of the amount you receive is a pretty nice SD. I don't know anyone that wouldn't think having to only pay 17% of a loan back and it being considered paid in full to be a bad deal.
Also, I could have him arrested for theft if I wanted to. He admitted to taking $100 out of my wallet, without my permission. What really pisses me off was that it was $100 he just paid me back.

Uh, no. If I still owe them that money when I go back, I will sue your ass.
What would I win though? They don't have the cash. The only thing I could get is a Chrysler Cirrus that's worth about $0 and a Ford F150 that's almost 3 months behind.
It's pretty cut and dry though. They owe me a nice chunk of money. My dad's already admitted to theft.
I could I guess print off the forms and conveniently leave them on the desk in our dining room (it's a dining room/office since my sister moved in).
