Okay so I have to share what DH and I saw at Target tonight. We were in line to checkout and in front of us is a woman, her daughter and a baby (maybe a year old). The girl is maybe 18, if that and she is definiately the child's mother as she is wearing a breastfeeding bra and her boobs are about to bust open with milk. She is on the phone in line and is eating food from the grocery store. The kid, who can barely walk, is barefoot and is waddling around the checkout touching and grabbing everything. There is no stroller for him or anything. I then see the woman is also not wearing shoes. She starts arguing with the girl (who has by now hung up the phone) about her buying a $6 eyeliner because they "only have $30 and need snacks." So she makes the cashier void the eyeliner. They then start to pay with money out of a ziploc bag. The woman must have seen me or someone else looking at her feet because she then loudly says "I hate being barefoot here, but my shoes broke here." (BTW, Sandals were on sale for $1). Facepalm

I'm always barefoot at home, but in public I always wear shoes. You never know what is/was on those floors. Yuk

Only if he's caught with them outside of his residence with the intent to commit a crime with them.
