3 stores in my area have removed the summer section, have very limited stuff scattered in the various depts. Must have gone to 90% at some point , because the few things I have found are down 90%
Good news I have been finding a few toys from toy dept at 75 % but most still at 30 % , latest find GI JOE walkie talkies 087060149 for $4.22.
Had a terrible experience last night was a actually crying over this incident when I got home (unusual for me)
I'm in line checking out and the customers in front of me where Very elderly ,had their middle aged daughter with them. I think they where on vacation here where non- english speaking .The older woman had used one of those driving carts while she was shopping the electric ones. They where tyring to communicate with the cashier and she was rolling her eyes the whole time and not even trying to understand what they where saying. I Anyway big hullabaloo , cashier calls cashier sup. over , who was just kind of like (yeah what do you want to cashier0
cashier is just saying they don't speak english like ten times. , finally tells sup she needs to get the electric cart out of the aisle running in front of th registers , meantime she's ringing me up not saying a thing just shaking head and rolling eyes at other customers. The cashier sup. RUNS the damn electric cart into mine while .Im unloading it and is stll so intent on joining the other girl in dirisive looks to these people she doesn;t even look up, and goes really off handedly sorry . Now I'm not a baby when it comes to little ouches, but she HURT me, the handle of my cart got pushed into my ribs as I was leaning over emptying cart and it HURT. I was just so P.O"d that she was totally unconcerned and didn't even ask if I was okay . I am so tired of these kids and their friends at work acting like they are at high school and not their jobs. Sorry end of rant.
Ugh. I just looked down at my legs. I kept thinking my pants felt tight and my legs felt stiff tonight - they are swollen huge. Maybe it's a good thing that I didn't go to T. *sigh*
Got a doc appt. tomorrow. Down to weekly's now. Yay!
We had salad tonight for dinner. Grilled some chicken and put on it, threw in some tomatoes and cukes, cheese, bacon, and chopped up hard boiled eggs. Now, I like plain salads just fine, and I love love love salads packed with all kinds of veggies and nuts - but there is just something about hard boiled eggs and bacon that makes the salad have a fantastic party.

All I could think of.... is how they are getting "TRAINED TO TARGET SHOP" at an early age, and how thrilled their mom's must be that the day care is teaching them.
I was shocked at how well behaved and how happy they all looked heading in. It was so cute.
Now I feel even more upset about DD locking the keys in the car yesterday and the jerk of a AAA guy that saw me run out but still drove off. Well actually, just more of SSSSIiiigggh... oh well. We didn't actually NEED any of that crap anyway. I probably wouldn't have been able to find the snowcone maker anyhow. Sure would have been nice for when the THREE different ice cream trucks stalk our neighborhood (I HATE them!!! and 3 is just major OVERKILL!) to say lets make snowcones instead!

Sidewalk chalk guess .... i don't know! I guess you shopped early enough there could have been shelves full.... If I had found some I may have spent about $5 on it, 38.
