We got one of those, too, when we bought this place. Already used it twice. WTG on the new A/C - that's awesome!

When I bought the place I was really taking a leap of faith because the Heat/AC unit was OLD. There was no getting the seller to replace it, so instead he offered up the home warranty, and as luck would have it, when I placed a service call they sent out a gem of a contractor.


I am tired tonight. No strange noises coming from the attic laugh out loud so it's off to bed early for me!

oh, and in keeping with the spirit of TCC, here is a link for some interesting toys laugh out loud

Ugh. I'm so itchy tonight again. Took some allergy meds and I think they are starting to kick in. I'm sleepy!

I have bad heartburn that makes me want to eat so that it stops, but eating makes it worse since there's really not that much room (and hence the reason I have the heartburn in the first place!) I think Mavis likes to put her feet up on my stomach!

Some of the bargain movies. The DVDs have a blue cover over the DVD box that states something about free pizza from Papa John's, and there is a 1.5 inch square yellow peelie on the front. Big Grin Movies I've found it on- Annie, The Natural, can't remember any other titles. Most were movies that are under $9.
