I wonder why some places are still able to party? Not that I am complaining for those of you near those places, just seems weird that only a very few select places work like that. I honestly only tried one store around here, but feel pretty sure they all have the "bug"

Had a really long a busy day. Went to college orientation with my DS. Took all day! Then they told me that his loan will not be through for 3 to 4 weeks and if his tuition isn't paid in full by Friday, his registration will be dropped.

Barely made it in the door after the college trip in time to get ready for work, My toddler met me at the door and said "mommy, I miss you so much" and begged me not to go. I called work and told them I would be late, so I could spend some snuggle time with her.

Haven't shopped all week and really don't care to.. just can't find anything that is catching my eye..

Awww... sorry Frown I am so sorry that you are being "hit" all at once for all that $$... college stinks for the cost of tuition... trust me I know all TOO well as my parents did not pay for any of mine... and it is going to be killer to pay back all of these loans... sending lots of hughug I have found way too many good deals at our local grocery store... so need to stock up this week... whenever these darn coupons get here... then I want to try to weasel into T... but you know it won't kill me if I don't go there... then gotta go to Walgreens for Bayer Am for a missionary trip to India for my husband's pharmacy school... maddness LOL

Can anyone clue me in on Kohl's? Is there any "secret" or is it just basically finding the good clearance finds? I desperately need clothes for work!

I have done super duper on my diet UNTIL tonight Frown I didn't do terrible...but definitely could have been better. Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

A lot of times they are fairly reasonable about this kind of stuff. They may take a payment plan or even hold off - especially if you can show that DS has put the paperwork in. DD woke up in the middle of the night screaming about ants in the bed. *sigh* That was not fun. She ended up on my bedroom floor after an hour of trying to convince her to go back to sleep! I'm dragging today. I think I'll let my oldest sleep in, then when she wakes up, I'm going back to bed!

Hmm... looks like Kansas City KS is actually about 3 hours closer than SA to us... weird. Frown

I only know abt the $5 cpns that are available on the bay...You can combine it with the % off cpns...You can get a lot of kid items for free/cheap but not sure abt work clothes..maybe if you find some decent clearance items...Also I normally go to different checkers, guest services, jewelery counter for different trannys in a single visit...My cashiers will not let me do back to back trannys....Also going with DH helps since he can use another 4-5 cpns...

I found the key is to have a koh's charge they mail you % off q 12 times a year use that in conjuction with the Kohls cash days (they give you a q for XX $off for every 50.00 you spend They also E mail you codes you can stack sometimes. Then there are as pp stated the $5.00 E-bay q's . There customer service is great and returns are a breeze, they also price match on household items. You can pay your charge right at the register after you use it if you'd like.They are also willing top mark down clearance an additional 20% if you find some mark as what looks like a stain or defect, They are allowed to do that right at th registers.
