Wave morning. Ank, ouch on the toe, and keeping fingers crossed we have a new TCC baby this weekend.

Flug, what Kohls certs are you talking about?
Our tax-free weekend starts today, so yesterday, Kohls was giving $10/$10 certificates with ANY purchase. So I scrounged around their clearance and came home with cheap underwear, hats, t-shirts, etc., AND ... $100 in certs. Big Grin Can use them starting today, but unlike regular Kohls cash, you can only use one per transaction. No biggie, though - while hunting through the racks, I saw lots of items to get for right around $10. And let me tell you - hubby is oh-so-excited about getting to go with me. shake head laugh out loud What our loved ones put up with, huh?? But the payoff is so totally worth it.

Thanks, ank, for the well wishes. Big Grin And I hope your toe feels better! Toe pain is the worst. I have a mis-shapen bone on my foot, and if I wear the wrong sort of shoes (read - any remotely cute shoe), my toe starts to hurt like the very dickens. Here's hoping you have that baby this weekend, to get you off your feet for at least what, 24 hours? Big Grin

Can you guarantee that?? Cuz I'd even try castor oil at that point... Roll

I have flat feet and bunions too - it's probably a good thing I don't have a shoe fetish! LOL! In fact, if I could, I'd go barefoot as much as possible. I just don't like shoes. But, I do have to be careful which ones I get. If they go across that bunion - oy!! And I am a wuss when it comes to wearing uncomfy shoes!

It's funny because I think that shoes are so ugly on me - but I see women who have the most adorable shoes all the time. I just can't seem to get into 'em the same way. I dunno...

Well... I guess if I'm going to go shopping, then I should get moving! Big Grin

And I was able to print more playdoh - and then realized maybe I shouldn't cuz I only have so much ink left!!

Haha! I've heard not-so-good things about castor oil, but if you want to try it, go for it!! Big Grin

Yeah, bunions are an inherited joy in my family. So not fun. My mom's is really bad and she really needs surgery but doesn't want to do it. I can't wear heels for any length of time or it just absolutely kills. Hubby has had to put his foot down more than once after seeing me wince in pain.

Gotta go print playdoh Qs!! Gah!! I'm trying to get out the door!!

Yep, I just got a 15% Q in my email!! bounce Even better... Of course, that means I will have to bring my calculator into Kohls. I'm such a dunce with math...

Ahhh... sounds so familiar. I'm actually considering going to check on the surgery since we're having the baby. With DH's ER visits and the baby's birth this year, I think we hit our insurance deductibles already. If I'm gonna have it done - I should probably do it now!

And I should get moving too. LOL. Darn puter so addicting.

Oh - and TM4D - I may be *that* coupon lady lately with my brain deadness, but I would NOT be *that* Wags lady!!! Sheesh!! Has she never heard of common courtesy and going to the back of the line??!!??

*snip*
This lady's really Crazy I haven't been wagging lately, just nothing that interests me....but my mom sometimes does the deals too and was in there Sun. morning to get Complete contact solution that was FARR and the lady was there literally *rushing* in the door for something.....I can't remember what it was but it wasn't something that was even a super good deal. So, sometimes her Crazy does deter her from the good stuff I guessStick Out Tongue She does this at our local grocery stores too. Luckily she's a WM shopper, not a T. shopper - figures.

Man... my kids must have huge feet.

My toddler wears a 10. She'll be 3 @ the end of September.

My 13 y.o. wears a 10 1/2 or 11 woman's shoe.

I wear 8 1/2 or 9 woman's.

DH wears 14 1/2.

(gee whiz... wonder where they get their feet from?? Roll )
My kids too, DS#1 12y/o now exceedes my size in a Mens 10 1/2 (but at least he is still shorter than me - for another moth or so Sadwalk), DS#2 seems small at 7 y/o in a 2 - the same size as his little 5 y/o sis and DS#4 3 y/o is a 12 right now but it seems to change every 2 months lately. I am a Ladies 10/11 and DH at 6'9'' wears an easy to find SIZE 15 or 16 shake head

i tried this lanacane chafing creme that i bought at Walmart for about $6. (scandalous to shop there occasionally i know)

I too have a chafing problem in the summer. it works amazingly!

there is a free trial size of it available at the lanacane site [lanacane.com]
maybe your dh could give it a whirl and see if it helps him too.
My DH L-O-V-E-S this stuff, I picked it up at RA with mfq and RAq. The tiny bottle is long lasting too.

I'm doing ok. In a funk. It's so darned hot and I'm tired all the time. Doc just raised the thyroid meds and upped the Vitamin D but I'm still in a funk. I think it's just he heat. It's been relentless and I have no desire to go to Target. None what so ever. Of course if you look back over the past couple of years, I'm always like this in August. I HATE August Teehee

That's awesome, I wonder if my stores were doing this, or will be?

Ank, my guess on your due date came and went already. I guessed 7/31.

Here too...I had 3 surgeries in high school because of them. They were shocked to see I was so young, they were expecting an old lady. Thanks, grandma, for the bunions! laugh out loud
