DS and DSIL asked me tonight if I would be in the delivery room with them. I had to really think on that one for a few minutes. On the one hand, it would be wonderful, on the other maybe not so much. I will definitely cry though, either way.

Hard to believe she is over half way there now. Poor thing is still throwing up all the time. I don't think it's going to change for her.
Awe I'm sorry to her your DD is still getting sick. Frown I was glad I went in when my oldest DD have my granddaughter Laina - it was a wonderful experience... even though watching her go through the labor was hard (she even told her hubby to go lay down and just wanted me to stay) she wanted her Mommy... Smilie

I didn't have the pleasure in Feb. to watch my grandson be born, since she needed a Csection, only one person allowed in... she chose hubby... which was fine, but I did miss seeing her face for the first time when she seen her new baby..

I'd go for it Teri... worth every moment of it. So excited for you. hug

After a long long six (well, almost 7) hour drive home from SA we made it. This has been the most frustrating trip EVER. Had to leave my car behind. Frown
)

Sorry to her that - hope they get it fixed asap. Glad to know you're still able to have awesome runs in SA..

Ank - I've got birthdays from tomorrow all the way to the 15th of August... So have to it, good luck and wishing you nothing but the easiest birth possible... hug

Had to come back with my friend, the one in the accident, with her car all jacked up. Door won't shut correctly so we heard the door chime thing the entire time.

Kinda funny.

Kinda not.

I'll definitely be there. There's just a part of me that doesn't want to see her go through it. I know her though, she will be throwing DSIL out of the room before me too laugh out loud

Oh, funniest thing. After she finally dropped the Olive name, she calls me and says " Annoyed now that I've decided not to name her Olive because everyone says no one would do that, there's a new movie out and the lead character is named Olive, and her real name is E....S...." (which is DD's exact name) freaky weird laugh out loud I think she thinks it's a sign or something Roll

Sounds like Ank needs to have eggplant parmesan for lunch, followed by a caster oil chaser.

I was 2 weeks late with my first one and still had to be induced, too. Darn stubborn babies! But, I wasn't dialated at all (fingertip or whatever but they just tell you that so you won't cry) - Ank is raring to go so I think it's only a matter of hours/days now.

Ank have the eggplant parm for sure. I think it's the oregano/basil in the eggplant dish that does it, so pile it on!!

Hi, Does anyone have any of the $4 BioTrue contact solution coupons they want to trade? I know this is not a trading section, but I have some children Target Qs I can offer and any diaper Qs in recent papers.

TQs exipre 8/28 from the school mailer: $10 off Fisher Price iXL Learning System, $5/$30 Leapfrog, $5/$35 VTech, $5/$30 Cherokee school uniform, $3/$15 Dora, $5/$30 Kids apparel,

I have never done a coupon trade so I assume we just swap them via mail quickly. Let me know if I shouldn't post this here and I can delete it.

Thanks

Thank you for all the sympathy.

Of course, now that DH has left for work I've had 2 contractions 20 minutes apart... This baby is playing with us...

Aww... hug I know some folks just have it rough the whole time. I hope it goes quickly for her and she does get *some* relief!

Wow - sounds like my first!!

*laugh* I can't convince DH that it is a good idea... lol. He's scared he'll hurt the baby. LMAO I tried to tell him maybe it would just make her mad and she'll come out to yell at him... I don't think that helped my case much.

I had a small little emotional meltdown this morning. I think I just need to chill out. I'm so ready, and it's driving me nuts. *sigh* The good thing is that if I'm having these contractions, then when I finally do go into labor labor - then *surely* I should be almost totally dilated and ready to pop, right??? Maybe I should consider it a blessing that it's happening a little slower than I think I'd like.

I'm thinking maybe I'll just spoil myself for the rest of the day. Watch some tv that I don't normally get to watch, goof off and lay around, eat some sherbert that just happened to appear in my freezer this weekend ( Big Grin ) , and if she's not here by the time I'm done with all that *maybe* I'll make a T run or two for nothing but freebie school supplies, clearance c9 in sizes we don't wear, stride, and chef boyardee... Just because I can.
