Today, I probably tried to use a few coupons I shouldn't have..... Embarrassment

But, "IF" either of these coupons would have scanned, I believe they would have taken them. Can anyone tell me "if" these had clear barcodes and scanned, do coupons like these typically work at Target? I know I "used" to use HyVee's "manufactrurer" coupons there all the time. I think other stores have this coupon out as well.

BTW, I was using the original coupons from the store flier, and they aren't much clearer than these look.

The Sunshine logo was discussed "after" it wouldnt scan, so that wasn't the holdup.

Thanks for the input.
Does the barcode print out all in one block at the end? I can't tell if that's my computer or the actual way it would print. If it prints out like that I can see it never scanning.

It didn't print nearly as bad for me as I thought it would.

Wouldn't this make 2 of them free since target is basically running the same promo?

Big Grin That is what I was trying to do. I also think you could get a free bad of Tostitos with each quantity of 3.

I didn't try printing it.... i had driven to Sunshine and picked up the fliers, and I think they are WORSE.

I was just trying to find the same coupon online.... It seems when these coupons are in this grocery store, they are usually posted online from some other grocery stores. and.... I need 20 twelve packs of soda for a party on Saturday, so I was thinking.... "SCORE!" but... nada

Thanks for that info! I was actually just researching the LLBean backpacks, and I think that's what we're going to go with. They have all backpacks 20% off, both in store and online, and I realized that we have a store about 20 mins away. I have been so disgusted with the quality of bags at Target/Walmart/etc - cheapest ones are like $10 and look like they'll fall apart in a month. The junior backpacks at LLBean are only $18.xx and have the lifetime warranty. And our school doesn't allow character bags or character anything, so that narrows it down quite a bit. And incidently, makes it much less interesting of a choice for Jaden. Big Grin

Thanks again for that info, though! Appreciate it!!
A friend of my mom's used to work in purchasing/works in purchasing. When I went to college in 1998 she bought me two bags and a down alternative comforter from the returns section with her employee discount. They still work perfectly and the comforter is still fluffy. DH still has the backpack his mom bought him in 1990. Color isn't even faded a bit.

They make quality stuff and the initials embroidered is nice to quickly tell bags apart if you have multiple kids with the same color.

You could probably get a generic color and use it for both kids since it will certainly last through them both in kindergarten. Then maybe a big kids pack for 1st grade through whenever.

Thanks, I did that. I "just" noticed the 4/$11 in the upper corner, so..... that may be a deal breaker. Although, obiviously neither me or the cashier today noticed it. If it would have scanned, it would have been golden. Embarrassment

Growing up, my neighbors down the hill swore by their LLBean bags, and if ever one of them tore or something, they'd return it and get a brand new one, even getting a different color if they wanted. That's supreme customer service, if you ask me!!

I'm thinking we'll get it monogrammed with our last name's initials (its a Spanish last name and technically has 3 different words), that way, it will be monogrammed, but not child-specific, so the others can use it as well.

Oooh, if you get a clean mpp of it, I'd heart one. Hubby needs some more Mountain Dew, and I hate paying even the sale price for junk that's bad for you. Big Grin I'm such a bad wife in that regard...

Getting my Qs ready to go to Shoppers, and there are some pretty sweet deals there!!! And I have lots of coupons.... Heaven help me - I don't even have all the bags from last week's HT runs put away!!

Someone said the Lucky stores has the orange MDA booklets. Does anyone know of a sister store from that chain that might have them? Or has anyone found them at Brookshires or Kroger?

I want those orange ones!

laugh out loud Just got home from my doc appt and my dear toddler is lying on the floor watching spongebob. She's soooooo tired - I've been here 5 mintues, right next to her, and she hasn't even acknowledged me.

No additional dilation and Doc said she was touching baby's head and could also feel the bag of waters... They would've taken me tomorrow for an induction, but I just couldn't do it. They won't let me go past next Friday, so I go back Monday if baby hasn't made her appearance by then.

I think DH is a bit disappointed. When I asked what they'd do for the induction, they said they'd have me go in, hook me to an IV and start pitocin right away. Frown I just hate that idea, so I am going to push it as far as possible.

She said she stretched my cervix, so hopefully that will stimulate something. She said to go walking tonight and, um... have a good night with hubby. Big Grin Lust

I think it's MDA for Muscular Dystrophy Association... or, at least that's what comes to mind when I hear it.

Have we not been saying that all along? There is in ingredient that helps soften the cervix up.
