Love the web site URL choices. Been at work and just logged on to find out about the no mpp issue.. Target sure seems to be pushing good customers away don't they? Thanks TN about the wiki revision reminder.Wink

I would love to be in on the underground mpp railroad.. I suck at mpp making. I have tried with pdf and mine never scan.. with the new target printing thing, I can't even print one of them most times.

Has Ank popped in today? Can't wait to see pics of mavis!

hug to all the mom's who have struggled with issues with their kiddos.. Being a parent is a HARD job! Yesterday I dealt with one of the worst terrible 2 year old tantrums that I ever had seen. My DD was mad because I made her walk to the car rather than me carry her.. She refused to get in her car seat. Kept fighting, climbing out before I could buckle. I gave her a pop on the bottom a couple of times and she was so strong I couldn't get her in the seat. She was screaming and fighting. I couldn't physically hold her down and get it buckled. I was afraid I was going to leave her little arms bruised from trying to hold her in place. Finally, I gave up and took her back inside and put her screaming tail in the bed. Within 2 minutes she had climbed out of the bed (which she has never been able to do), and was begging me not to leave her... I guess she thought I had put her in the bed and gone. She was still crying a little, but didn't fight at all. In hindsight, I wish I hadn't lost my temper and fought her in the first place. I should have removed her from the car and let us both calm down before we struggled for 10 minutes. I felt like such a bad momFrown

love2- that isn't a bad mom. A bad mom is the one that would have locked her in the car while she went inside to have a beer and a 3 hour nap. hug I think you did the best that any of us could have done in that situation. Plus, it puts the ball in her court where she has to be the big girl, stop the fit throwing, and calm down.

When will she be 3? My 3rd is going to be 3 in Feb and she is reeeeeeeally trying my patience these last couple of weeks. Tantrums, OMG!

she will be 3 at the end of January.. She has her moments, but has never shown anything like that before. I was actually sweating profusely just fighting her into the car.. of course, this is August in GeorgiaLMAO

SAME HERE!! My dd's bday must be pretty close to your kiddo's, she will be 3 on Feb. 6th and yes, the tantrums lately have been horrible!!! Which confirms what I had kind of been thinking - that we are just at the heart/middle of the terrible two's Pray this should pass soon! Luckily my dd has been an angel with other ppl....@ church, with the grandparents, with the doctor yesterday, etc. It's just me. That and dh has been working a ton of OT while it's been available and I think part of it is from not seeing him quite so much Sadwalk

Awww sweetie!! Your not a bad mom... it's the curse of being a parent LOL I think it is at the time where 2 years olds are almost 3 and decide to test their limits. Sending lots of hugs!!

Monkey toddler will be 3 in just a few weeks. I told dh today that the boy has a new slogan

I destroy more before 9 am than most kids do in a lifetime.

At least that was how it felt today. He tore apart 2 new books, dumped the cats' water bowl twice, poured a cup of water out on the recliner, and still had time to draw on a wall and whine about wanting me to go buy him a lollipop.

LOL!!! That is too funny that they are that close in age. I have an Evalee, so their names even have a couple letters in common tooWink And apparently they have behavior traits in common too Teehee They're plotting against us......

Yes, out to get us. Mouthy as all get out.

The other day Ambree was watching TV and I was asking her questions. She said "momma, hush. I'm watching TV."

She's never been interested in TV until very recently.

Setsail, OMG yes yes yes. Ambree likes to dump EVERYTHING out. We have to keep the dog food/water on the counter so she can't get to it. She will take a drink and dump the rest out of her cup. I've lost more bottles of shampoo in the last month than the last 5 years. Ugh.

It's toothpaste here. He hasn't touched shampoo but can't seem to resist toothpaste.

We used to have a gate across the hallway to the half bath downstairs but one of our cats has a defective hip so she can't jump over it. Frown Monkey rediscovered the water bowl two weeks ago and it's such a pitb. He has washed toys, food, his feet, and whatever else he can get his hands on in the water bowl. He also likes to dump the dry food into the water bowl. *sigh* Now he's learned to take the child safety covers off door knobs and lets the cat outside.

there was a good post in the deals thread on how to find a cached version of the wiki on google. Ofcourse I read it AFTER spending 2+ hours digging through recaps from the last several closed threads. Grrr...

Then I found an even easier way to look for that which should remain unnamed. Involves an advanced search of GD's by user name.

Thought about waiting for an easier solution to come forward but didn't want to take risk that the info wouldn't be out there for long to save or that I couldn't get them in time for Shopping trip tomorrow.
