Anyone done the Day Out with Thomas? We're going to Hershey Park in a few weeks and I just found tonight that the Thomas event will be in Strasburg, about 50 miles away, during that same week. It's monkey toddler's birthday that week and I couldn't think of a better present. We've wanted to go for years, since my now 8 yr old was a toddler, but it was never close enough or we didn't have the funds. Now we'll be right there and by golly I'll sell everything I haven't already sold in our round of yard sales to cover the costs. lol

Need some kind of good news after finding out the bridge to replace the tooth I had pulled last week will cost $4000. And I have to have it done or all my teeth on the left will shift.Frown

Yikes! 4k?

I've never been to the Thomas Day Out but it sounds like something a toddler would love to see!

Ank, target got their panties in a bunch and asked a different website (used for offsite target coupon hosting) to removed their coupons. Said site then turned and mentioned a few other sites that do it, namely SD. So SD removed the mpp coupons and will not allow them to be on here anymore. They are now under lock & key. Big Grin

I understand wanting to keep it private so there isn't a C&D letter, but do you think it's a coincidence that this big news story from Minneapolis (where T is headquartered) comes out about T cheating people out of money goes viral, and the fact that the mpps are pulled the same day? It sounds like they were "caught" publicly cheating, and now they are going to "take their toys and go home" as my DH likes to say.
I so agree with this statement. I think corporate knew about the mpp and have just been sitting on it. How could they not when a foolish person from another blog calls and tells them all about them and I am sure there have been other fools before that one, plus corporate can surf the Internet like any of us and figure it out themselves.

When the coupon glitch that decreased the value to coupons became public and made Target Corporation look foolish, you bet the top brass said pull those couponers mpp's coupons. We'll show them kind of attitude I think.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if the glitch hadn't been talked about in the media and brought out so publicly then the mpp coupons would still here.

they're a bunch of lazy-ass lurkers who've been coming out of the woodwork for months and after yesterday's wipe of the wiki, the last die-hards were tripping over themselves to be pm'd and included in any group so they still didn't have to do any work.

it's been known how to print more than the limit since b4 mpp's were started and i myself put it in the wiki months ago. and it was posted a couple times since yesterday. but they are too lazy to do even that. chef barney has been taken away and they don't like the taste of chef diy.

The freeze program eliminates the need for multiple user accounts per computer.

I think that a lot of people might try to print more from their computer, but a lot of the coupons they want are not available on Target.com anymore.

Gone.

Hey everyone, I have 2 of the b2g1free archer farms/market pantry Target coupons up for grabs. They will also include Target coupons from the up & up booklet, along with about 5 or 6 other Target coupons printed at the register. Let me know if anyone would like them, I can throw the envelope in the mail tomorrow.

Well... not fun, but not devastating, right?

Mavis is doing great and being all wiggly in my arms. Smilie I'm a bit tired and whatnot, but very very glad to be home!!

And I am finishing up a box of froot loops... just cuz I'm not pregnant anymore doesn't mean they should go to waste, right?? Big Grin

Wave it's nice to see a lot of ya'll in here that I haven't seen for a while Smilie

I'm trying to get a few photo's uploaded to flicker... then I'll post 'em. I want to take some nice ones tomorrow of all 3 girls together.

Our dog isn't quite sure what to make of the new addition to the family. She's a bit confused at the new noises and highly interested, but is relatively calm (well, in an "excited-calm" way) - so that's nice. I was afraid she'd be cowering or aggressive - but so far so good.

My toddler is handling it very well. She's so funny - when she see's me nursing she says "Mavis is chewing on your na-ni's?"

I realized that I'm going to have to do some clothes shopping for me! I may need to check out some Kohl's coupon auctions! *laugh*

Her size surprised everyone - the nurses and doc were all guessing/betting on her weight and length. It was pretty funny. Smilie

We did it a couple years ago, I was LESS than impressed, but my boys ( who were 5 & 2 at the time) loved it. It's just a ride on a train, with a thomas face. Seemed like there was another train car there that you could go into. And of course a big tent with lots of thomas stuff for sale! There were supposed to be some activities I think, but it just happened to be pouring rain the day we went. But again, the boys talked about it forever!
