I'm feeling really craptastic tonight. I got the invites out for the kids' joint carnival birthday party and it made me so sad to not be able to send one to my dad. I was crying tonight while trying to give the kids a bath because it just makes me sad that he's missing so much. He loved being a grandpa.
Then I was talking to my sister and she was being all witchy to me for no apparent reason and I just lost it. Damn it's been a long week. It's a good thing I can come here for comic relief. You guys are a hoot.

I generally don't like people IRL either. I've always been the really shy kid, and it's transfered into adulthood. That, and I generally don't have the same interests as other people around me.
And I think that's the crux of the matter. Even in high school/college I had very little in common with my cliquey friends. I always joked that I had so many guy friends b/c I didn't like girls.

I feel like I can't make a coherrant post - I keep getting on, reading for a minute or two, then getting distracted away and by the time I come back, all my witty comments and thoughts are *poof*
My dh is a darling, and if he's not particularly helpful in a day - it's usually my fault. He keeps shooing me out of the kitchen and making me sit down (which is likely a very good thing). He has barely let me get my own glass of water and asks what he can do for me every 10 minutes! While I was in the hospital, he came home for a few hours and rearranged the closet and the kitchen cabinets - it looks fabulous and now all my stuff is put away and I don't feel grumpy cuz it's sitting in the hallway!
Even pre-pregnancy, anything I mentioned that needed to be done - got done. He's a good guy - I'm pretty fond of him.
Ugh... I'm getting a headache tonight.

As much bitching as I do about my DH, he is pretty good in every other part of life, just not housework.
Plus, I'm just in the bitching mood. As soon as I walked into work, my TL told me to go to Toys. That means the "holiday" season for toys has begun. Then, most everyone had called out, so it ended up being 5 of us "pushing" (stocking) the whole truck today. Usually there is 12-15. I had promised my DD that I would come and eat lunch with her (she begs me to all the time), so I got to leave work, from which I was working my ass off, to go eat craptastic square pizza (not nearly good as I remember) in a lunch room full of 5-10 years old. Then run home, change, clean, pick up kids, go run errands, come home, make supper, clean up supper,
Not necessarily a bad day, more of a normal day, but it's also just been a LONG time before I had people that I can bitch with

I am making my list for tomorrow, since I only got to Target once this week, and a lot of good coupons expire tomorrow. I just know I am missing something....
I have never tried Chef Boyardee in my life, so I guess I will just skip that one. But, I have a bunch of the Harvest Select MQ's.... Does anyone have a favorite, or willing to share which ones you feel are good? I was thinking the TQ had another week on it, so I messed up, and am not going to have time to "try" any.
