How dare anyone make a joke. These lurkers have families to feed and they rely on the regulars to do it for them. How dare anyone come in and upset their neat little system of leeching off others. The nerve!
Guess that means I'm an evil person. Next thing you know my car will be keyed. Oh wait, someone keyed my car 5 years ago. Can't remember the bad deed I did to deserve the keying.
Last night when I was dumping toothbrushes into a bin I told DH that we might be "that" house in the neighborhood that gives out toothbrushes on Halloween. He didn't think I was that funny.

She was in a parking lot at a store. There was a car in a slot right at the front by the door, and the people were putting their stuff in the car, obviously ready to leave. So my mother sat in her car right there waiting for those people to pull out and leave so she could get that spot. She sat there as close as she could get without getting in anyone's way, for several minutes.
The other car finally pulled out and my mother started for that slot. A third car which had *just* drove into the store's parking lot saw that empty spot, with my mother obviously about to pull into it. Car #3 sped up and tried to cut my mother off so they could get that spot. When my mother saw what was happening SHE sped up to get the slot first. Car #3 darn near hit her trying to cut her off, but she managed to get in the slot without getting hit (it all happened much faster than it takes to type it, just a few seconds).
Driver in car #3 shot her the finger and hurled a few choice words at her, but she ignored them. She went on into the store.
When she came out, her car had been keyed.
3 guesses who did it and the first 2 don't count.
