I went into hiding and put qponcrzy on ignore after I complained (months ago) that Kerry may want permission from her site to have all her posts reposited somewhere else. Who knew then that it would get the way it is now?

glad to know nothings really changed in 3 months. . .

I guess I won't be venturing into the deals thread at all! shake head I haven't been to T in almost 3 weeks. EEK! I haven't felt like it! I have been sending my DH with TQ's and a few MQ's, but thats it. Sad about the produce Q! That will be greatly missed around here!

I have been working and tired, so when DH said that the Sony Reader was on clearance @ T (he is a member and saw a thread about it), I sent him in search of one (or 3 Whistling). I told him it was for our DD (and a co worker or 2) when really one of them will be his Xmas present! Does that make me a bad wife!?!? Scratchchin Oh well if it does! He will enjoy his gift at least! Does anybody have luck with them *staying* sealed in the freezer. My first batch of food keeps letting the air out quite a bit, which I can't figure out. I did a bunch of fresh veggies in them not too long ago and they seem to be holding better, we shall see. I really waaant to like them LMAO

I think a lot of it is soooooo mediocre too and kind of just too much, but I've learned to just skim if I don't want to read it all. I think in some ways it is a sign of what that thread has become to some extent - just mediocre stuff until some smashing deal or coupon comes along and everyone's all gung-ho over it. And I have to remember that at one point when I was just starting out I probably thought that some of those were phenomenal deals because I didn't know any different - so maybe they are helping somebody I suppose....not me, but I'll continue to skim I guess. laugh out loud

That's what I keep doing---it's the whole car wreck curiosity. I don't really want to witness the horror, but I just can't look away.

It's weird though, my distaste for the deals thread has created a distaste for Target in general (and mind you, I shopped at Target long before I couponed and would shop there if I never saw another coupon-I love it that much). I've only been once this week and that was only because my kids had money they wanted to spend.
