Yes you are right conagra makes them, the above buy 5 snacks packs and get 1 kids quisine free with peelie ,and use $1.00 off4 snck packs is the only deal left on this , however at the time you could also buy 5 chef free with tq (now ) expired) and get them all free. I found thse the LAST day the chef q hadn't expired yet , great deal then., 5 chef and 1 kids quisine free.
There is also a buy $25.00 worth of conagra get a $10.00 q book free that's still out there.
What's funny is what the back says:
"target accepts one MQ and one TQ per item. Max retail value 2.59."
I've never seen a peelie actually give the shorthand on the coupon policy.
