Today, for the first time since this all started, I drove about 3 miles down the road to get dinner. I could feel it all starting again. Like a state of panic.
Why? Why only when I drive? Why all of a sudden and what do I do to help it? I tried focusing on my daughter in the back seat. I talked to her. I tried looking around, thinking of fun things, thinking of my kids. All I could do was hold it together and get my butt back home. The entire time terrified without any reason. This is horrible.
I bought a rolling cart for the bathroom last Wednesday at Target. I used the Target Home Bathroom Coupon. It was $19.99 -$10.00 coupon = $9.99. I did get a gift receipt.
I brought it home....it's too big for the space I wanted to put it in, If I return it with my gift receipt, are they going to give me $19.99 for it or $9.99?

Has this happened before? Anything about this time of year that might trigger something in you? Or just the 'oh shit, I'm out again and something else might happen?'

Dreeme I think that sounds like panic attacks too. My wife started experiencing them in her late 20's. The doctor had no explanation, just a prescription for anxiety meds.

I brought it home....it's too big for the space I wanted to put it in, If I return it with my gift receipt, are they going to give me $19.99 for it or $9.99?
The ones with all the toothpaste are the bronze ones (4 total, 2 side by side, 2 high) and the other 2 with the shampoo is the silver ones (with the towel bar under). The silver ones are on the wall by the shower, so no more tracking water to get shampoo! I was having a problem with the John Frieda standing up on the wire shelves, so I used a cake pan cover for one, but for the other, I bought some plastic placemats today at T, and cut 1 to size for the shelf (as seen in pic 2).
The shampoo, conditioner, razors, and soap we will be using, the toothpaste and toothbrushes, some will probably end up donated, or Halloween treats
*sorry for the weird angle for the bronze ones, but it's in the "cove" over our garden tub, and hard to get most of it in that little space.

Jamie - I am super impressed with all the stuff you have and how organized it looks.. Mine is in misc tote boxes and a few shelves, but alot of it is just stacked around. I need to have a GS soon.. Haven't stockpiled much lately other than about 150 tooth brushes
Your episodes do sound like panic attacks. My sister started having them last year. SHe went through a whole cardiac workup. They finally told her it was panic attacks and put her on some kind of nerve pill. She did not know what was causing hers either. She said she didn't feel nervous or stressed, but she later figured out it was her job afterall. She took a 2 month leave to do some traveling with her DH. Not one panic attack during that time. 2 days after she returned to work, they started back.. Hers were definitely worse when she was tired. Maybe all the trips to SA and being so busy is catching up with you?? I am sorry you are feeling bad. I know it sucks to not be able to do what you are used to

I know you've talked a lot about your traveling and how your kids missed you and you missed being home, etc... maybe that is all interconnected somehow and manifesting itself in the panic attacks.
On another note - are there any good home remedies for a possible UTI??
