Last week for the C9 Q...

I never did get ANY C9 that I actually wanted for myself (other than socks). I wanted some capris/workout pants and kept telling myself that I would pay full price...but still can't pull the trigger.

How stupid is it that I won't buy myself workout clothes until I've already lost weight?

kallison, I actually bought myself shorts for the first time in YEARS with that c9 coupon. They are comfy but noone in the general public will ever see my big ass in them. laugh out loud

Okay, I hate to ask but do any of you happen to have that dang repetitive free juice wyb 2 cereal coupon? I thought I had it but everytime I open it, it's for stupid chips. ggrrrr

Morning!

Love all the pics. .teri., I may need to borrow that color, it's beautiful! Also praying for your son!

My oldest DS's room used to have a mural on the walls, finally painted it. Bad thing is, the previous owners really gunked it on, so in some areas you can see shapes through it.

Just buy 1 pair until u lose weight. Thats what I did, i got these tight stretchy shorts(C9) and they are fine as long as I'm not running, as soon as I start the band around my stomach rolls down, it drives me crazy!!! So I've only worn them once lol. I like wearing my Nike basketball shorts to walk/run/bike in. Last winter i wore a 6 in jeans and now I cant even get them up my thighs Frown I gotta get this weight off or I'm gonna freeze my A** off this winter!!!

Oh a different note... I'm not sure if any of you have knee problems but I wanted to share something that has helped me. My left knee use to cause me so much pain, i couldnt climb stairs, run, bike ride, put any kind of pressure on my knee or walk for very long. I went through therapy for it before i moved to NJ and once i moved here. In all i think it was like 12 weeks of it going twice a week. It did not help at all. Ive been having issues with it for over 2 years now. Anyway, so my new ortho dr thought it would be worth a try to do these injections. They are called "Orthovisc" (I think thats how to spell it) I went once a week for 4 weeks to get them. They were one of the most painful things ive ever felt in my life ( ive had a baby with no pain meds, broke my wrist and had surgey on it....,.the list could go on) anyhow even though they were so painful I would do it over again and I will do it again in 6 months because thats how long it lasts for. My knee is slowly getting better. i can go on walks with my kids now, Ive even went for a quick run ( im way to out of shape to run for very long) So far I would say that it has improved the use of my knee by like 50% and I'm sure that it will get even better. I have osteoarthritis of the knee and I'm only 30 which sucks but I'm so happy that this is helping me. Smilie

I bought a pair of those stupid cheer shorts when they were $6 and even in the biggest size, they're too small. So depressing.

I have the Q, I'll PM it to you Smilie

Those things suck! They fit everywhere except the thigh where they are tight and ride up at every movement.

kallison, their clothes are so friggin odd. For instane, I bought a gray shirt in XL that says something like run run run on it and it's a little big. Bought a plain black one in XXL and it fits but is really short. So odd how their things fit.

Seriously, those shorts fit like a pair of skimpy boyshorts. Too much ass showing, not cute.

Shirts fit me weird anyways because of my chest, but all the pants I've ever bought or tried on fit great. I have a pair of yoga pants from a few years ago that I still love and they're probably my most flattering workout pants.

oh I looooove the yoga pants by c9. the only one I don't like is the one with the wide band at the top (the band is purple on the pair I have) because I've lost some weight and that band won't stay rolled down. The ones wth the different colored 1 inch band rawk.

I would have loved those when pregnant. Won't be getting pregnant just to see though. laugh out loud

Isnt it funny how everyone wants to look like someone else? me for example, i see these skinny women with killer bodies at the pool, they have like 4 kids and I'm like WTF, how is it that my body looks like this after 2 kids and hers is like that? But then my GF is like I would kill for my stomach to look like yours..lol Point is I'm not sure I will even be happy with my body, even when i was a size 6 i wanted to get a tummy tuck ...

does merona make earrings? I saw a bunch on clearance but no time to check brands.

Also, I love those C9 shorts! The longer ones are a little like board shorts, too short to be capris...anyways...I wear them all the time. I must say that we are happy w/ most of the c9 stuff. speaking of, i saw that the c9 toddler fleece zip jackets are on the shelves. they are $14.99 regular price but worth every penny. They are very well made and easy to wash. My boys lived in them last year. $2.50 MQ worked beepless before...although I haven't bought them yet...waiting on a sale laugh out loud

I have a pair of yoga pants on right now from Old Navy that have that wide band that folds down and I can never get it to stay, so I end up scrunching it down more than folding it.

I have no other use to wear them than when I lay around the house and work (I work from home) and occasionally do yoga, lol. Oh fark, I just realized I haven't done my recap for today.

I have no excuse for being my size- no kiddos for me. But I've had people ask me how far along I was... EEK!

I was going through pictures of me from HS and my first thought was "I was so skinny", but I remember thinking what a fat cow I was at the time. And now my size goal is just to be back into 'regular' sizes- a 14 sounds perfect to me now!

I'm glad to hear everyone else has issues with the way c9 fits, its weird the regular tees, I had to get a xxl but then I also fit in the large boyfriend tees? Although they are snug in the stomach and hip area, thx to my spare tire(s) and big hips (which I've always had)as for the pants I got track and yoga kind I like them all, I wear them while I work since I sit for 10 hours a day (and nobody sees me since I work at home) I like how comfy they are. I only bought one pair of bermuda stretchy lavender shorts I like them but hate the way they look on me you can see every crease and crevice lol definitely not cute at all, I may where them with a super oversized tee Teehee
